Art & Words Poetry Series with Katie Gilmour

Emotions and experiences have texture, just like things you can touch using your physical form. 

In this workshop, held at the Salem on the Edge art gallery,  we will be using physical TEXTURE as an access point for writing about memories, feelings, and ideas & then form a few poems using what we come up with while brainstorming.

We will play with both free-verse and structured verse options.

This class is for adult writers of all experience levels, beginner to pro.

All supplies will be provided, but bring a favorite writing tool if you have one,

otherwise you can use what we have in house!

Cost: $35/person, limited to 10 participants
