Art as Business: Artist Networking Evening
Event description
Regional creatives are warmly invited to an evening networking event ahead of Shepparton Art Museum’s Art as Business weekend intensive.
Open to both Art as Business attendees and the general public, this event is an exciting opportunity to meet and connect with other creatives, expand your professional network, and gain valuable insights from a thought-provoking panel discussion from Danny Lacy (Artistic Director, SAM), Ros Abercrombie (Director, Regional Arts Australia), Tegan Nash (Director, Live Art Benalla), and Castlemaine-based artist Cameron Robbins. Together, they will explore the challenges and opportunities surrounding the regional arts landscape, and what it means to be a regional creative practitioner today.
Whether you’re an artist, arts worker, or simply passionate about creative life in the region, this session is for you. Expect insightful conversation, good company, and an evening of connection over drinks and nibbles.
