Art Class for 7 - 9's (Term 4, Weeks 1 - 5)

Join Holly for afternoon art workshops! Each class will blend skill-building activities with creative, open-ended projects that students can use to build and share their own stories.

Term 4 classes will be run in five week blocks which will allow us to deep dive into a longer project. This block will run from Weeks 1 to 5 on the following dates:

• Tuesday 13 October 4 - 5:30 PM

• Tuesday 20 October 4 - 5:30 PM

• Tuesday 27 October 4 - 5:30 PM

• Tuesday 3 November 4 - 5:30 PM

• Tuesday 10 November 4 - 5:30 PM

When you book this block, you are booking all five workshops.

PLEASE NOTE

• The age range on this workshop is strict. Grouping similarly aged children means everyone can participate equally in the activities and that we can program appropriate and exciting activities for the group. Please enrol your child in the correct workshop.

• We recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting paint, glue and other art materials on. We use non-toxic and touch safe art materials.

• Parents/guardians are not required to stay with children. There is not room within the Studio for parents to wait, but you are welcome to wait in the Courtyard (in view of the Studio) or bookshop.

• Ticket sales close 24 hours before the first class.

• We are unable to credit or process partial refunds for missed classes.

TICKET INFORMATION

We recommend booking your tickets early to avoid disappointment, as the class size is kept small (7 or less children). Please purchase a ticket for each child that will attend.

ABOUT HOLLY

Holly loves to paint, draw, sew, knit, sculpt and carve and is always finding new mediums to try. She is a pre-service Secondary Educator who majored in Art History and Literature and found the perfect place to combine her interests as an teaching artist at Paper Bird. Her Art Workshops are a fun way for kids to chat, play, and learn new art skills.
