Art Classes For Kids

Join local artist Zinia King for a 6 week creative exploration in the world of art. Ink and watercolour will feature heavily in the classes, expect lots of laughs and learning.

These sessions will engage your child in learning skills, connecting with other students and building confidence in their play with art. 

This is a 6 week term, 1 hour session each Thursday from 1:30pm - 2:30pm.

Sessions are payable by term and no refunds will be given for missed classes. If you are experiencing financial hardship please contact us at programs@thehut.org.au to discuss how we can support you to attend this program.

Hi I'm Zinia!

I live in the beautiful Adelaide Hills (in South Australia) and I am super inspired by the beautiful native plants and animals that I see every day. I love detail and am a big fan of working with fine liner pens and vivid watercolour washes. It is my intention that interactions with my characters will fill your ‘whimsy’ quota for the day and that you might take more time to appreciate the beautiful natural environment around you. I hope you love my art as much as I love creating it.
