Contemporary Collage with Sydney Collage Society

Join us for a creative night with the Sydney Collage Society, guided by founder Kubi Vasak. Whether you’re brand new to collage or a seasoned maker, this workshop is all about play, exploration, and turning scraps into striking works of art.
Across the session, you’ll:
Explore contemporary collage styles, learning about colour, balance, texture, and form
Work with over 200 hand-sourced books and magazines (Nature, Architecture, Fashion, Science, and more)
Create your own unique collage artworks with guidance throughout
💡 Class themes include: Portrait, Landscape, Abstract, Nature, Architecture, Fashion, or Sports. You’ll have the freedom to choose your own creative direction.
What you’ll take home:
1 x A3 collage artwork (made by you!)
1 x A3 protective sleeve
Fresh techniques and inspiration to continue your collage journey
Everything you need—materials, scissors, glue, and imagery—is provided and carefully curated to make the experience seamless and inspiring.

The closest parking to Not-So Secret Society HQ (Level 1, 245 Broadway, Ultimo) is at Broadway Sydney Car Park, 1 Bay St, Glebe.
Hours: 6am – Midnight
Entrances: Bay St, Francis St, or Grose St (best for North & South car parks - Max height is 1.95m – higher vehicles can use Bay St or nearby street parking)
Rates:
0–2 hrs: FREE (exit within 60 mins of validation)
2–3 hrs: $11 | 3–4 hrs: $22 | 4–5 hrs: $33
5–6 hrs: $44 | 6–7 hrs: $61 | 7+ hrs: $77
After 6pm, exit before midnight: FREE
