We have passed the Winer Solstice and although we still have several months of cold and darkness to endure we are turning towards the light again.

What is happening underground? In the earth the seeds lay dormant but will begin to soften and crack, listening for the warmth to return.

What is happening within us? Can we soften into out being, trusting that we will begin to move in the direction we need to go when we are ready.

ArtDance is such a nurturing space for adults. Somehow we forget how to play. In this safe, held space with no judgement or expectations we discover how to take care of ourselves. We dance and sink into the body's unique wisdom of knowing what we need and what we want to express. Then we create- sometimes using pastels or paints, sometimes with words, sometimes with natural objects and we discover what amazing creative humans we are!
