WHAT TO EXPECT

Join us for an afternoon of art, stories and connection.

Arrive anytime between 3:00-4:00pm and enjoy a drink and homemade food as you explore the exhibition, meet the people behind the work, connect with our teachers and community, and discover more about what makes The Yoga Foundation what it is.

It will be a warm and memorable occasion, with time to connect, enjoy the art and celebrate the people and community who have made this exhibition possible.

At 4:00pm, we’ll come together for the official welcome and opening speeches.

Take your time, wander through the exhibition and experience it in your own way.

WHAT YOUR SUPPORT MAKES POSSIBLE

Funds raised through The Invisible Made Visible will help us continue and create programs and opportunities like these:

• Supporting Women After Domestic Violence
• Yoga for People Experiencing Homelessness
• Supporting Girls Aged 13–17 in Transitional Housing
• Yoga for Older Generations
• Supporting a Young Woman’s Yoga Studies

Your support helps turn these possibilities into real programs, real opportunities and ongoing support for the people we work with.

THE AUCTION

A selection of works generously donated by acclaimed Australian artists will be auctioned in support of The Yoga Foundation’s programs.

Featuring works by Wendy Sharpe, Frank Giacco, Ken Done, Jacqueline Balassa, Howard Arthur Tweedie, Michelle Hiscock and Ross Harvey, including works by two Archibald Prize winners.

Bidding will be available both in person and online, with further details shared closer to the exhibition.

WHY $20 MATTERS

Your $20 entry helps cover the practical costs of running the exhibition, allowing the funds we raise to go where they matter most: supporting our participants, teachers and trauma-informed yoga programs.

SHOE-FREE SPACE

As the exhibition is taking place within a working yoga space with special wooden flooring, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes before entering the gallery area.

Socks and slippers will be available if you would prefer not to go barefoot.

PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY

Parking & Buses: 2 hours of free parking is available at Cammeray Square, with ample street parking nearby, including Abbott Street and Palmer Street. The venue is also easily accessible by bus along Miller Street.

Accessibility: Please note that the exhibition is located upstairs and is accessible by stairs only. If stairs are a barrier for you, please get in touch. We’d genuinely like to find a way for you to be part of the exhibition, including through our online experience.
