Art for Adults - drawing - Thursday evening group

This group is for adults wanting to dive in to creative art making time in a wonderfully supportive and inspiring evening class.

This term we will be focusing on drawing skills - FACES, PLACES AND PLANTS.

Learn drawing tips and tricks to unlock your creativity and confidence to get started or use the opportunity to up level your drawing!

Drawing often feels like a road block to so many form of art making - it's the most common things we hear people say they 'can't do'.
The good news is that drawing is actually very easy to learn and a few lessons and some practical strategies can dramatically improve your confidence and skills and open a whole new word of creativity!

Class structure:

• Each week we will unlock a drawing technique and you'll have time to play and practice at your own pace
• Then add colour to your drawings and art projects using different art supplies each week - a great opportunity to experiment with new products!
• You told us you wanted to learn to draw faces (portraits) , places (landscapes) and plants (flowers and botanicals) so that what we will do this term!

Who are art classes suitable for?

• This class is suitable for adults and older teenagers
• Absolute beginners and more experienced art makers - there is always something new to learn about drawing!
• People seeking a warm, welcoming class to meet new people and enjoy a low pressure creative environment.

 What do students need to bring?

• An Art diary or sketch book to practice in - or we will have loose sheets of paper available if you prefer

Do I need to pay extra for materials or are there any other costs?

• There is no extra cost with us!
