Art for the Soul

We know art can be scary when you want so badly to have hidden talents.

We know how wonderful it would be to just do it for fun but you're not confident enough to even try in case it's bad.

We know because we've been there.

Im Kelley, I run Soul Centre - Hills Healing Hub in Kenthurst and together with my arty resident OT (Occupational Therapist) Lindy, we are running a 6 week workshop called Art for the Soul.

Because it's not about learning to paint or art lessons it's about coming to relax with a cuppa and some art materials, maybe some meditation and visualisation, a little structure and all the materials and supplies a budding artist could wish for. Its about playing for 2 hours to express yourself, open your heart and your mind to what is possible and a whole new way to meet people and have some fun on Tuesday nights just for you.

We have another exciting workshop/event happening at Soul Centre on Tuesday nights beginning on May 2nd.
