Join Creative Arts Therapists from Hospice West Auckland to explore grief.

This gentle, interactive workshop will help you explore what can sustain and nourish you. Through reflection and shared conversation, discover what grief means to you.

Held as part of Mental Health Awareness Week, this workshop provides a supportive space to connect, reflect, and learn more about wellbeing through creative exploration and conversation. 💚

This event is proudly delivered by Hospice West Auckland in partnership with POI Community of Care.

No prior experience is needed, just curiosity and openness.

Adults aged 16 years and over are welcome to attend.
