FREE Art + IT Sessions return this March at The G.R.A.I.N. Store!

As autumn arrives and the landscape bursts into golds, reds and warm tones, join artist Kim Carter for a relaxed, hands-on workshop series exploring how colour can transform your smartphone photography.

Designed for the creative and curious, this series focuses on colour theory, helping you understand how hue, contrast and harmony can turn everyday images into bold, expressive photographs.

Over three weeks, you’ll experiment with colour in practical, accessible ways while building confidence using the camera already in your pocket.

13th March: Understanding Colour Harmony & Mood
20th March: Contrast, Light & Dramatic Colour Effects
27th March: Creative Colour Editing for Strong Visual Impact

Sessions can be attended individually or as a three-week series. Perfect for curious beginners and experienced smartphone photographers alike, these workshops blend creative exploration with practical digital skills in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Come along, get curious, and capture autumn in full colour.
