We’ve pulled out all the stops and curated an entire day of immersive art workshops, topped off with a social gathering that’ll have your creativity buzzing. We’re thrilled to announce our ART MARATHON DAY – a full-blown celebration of creativity where the only rule is to unleash your inner artist!

Imagine this: We’re closing the playground to the public, turning our entire center into a vibrant haven for art enthusiasts. Every corner, every space, will be dedicated to the magic of creating. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a curious beginner, this day is all about YOU and your artistic journey.

We’ve gathered a team of passionate art teachers, alongside the extraordinary Jane from "The Model Speaks," to guide you through this creative extravaganza. If you’ve never picked up a paintbrush before, this is your golden opportunity to explore three different art forms and discover the medium that speaks to you. And if you’re already a dab hand at art, challenge yourself with new techniques and expand your repertoire!

What do you need to bring? Just yourself, some clothes you don’t mind getting artsy with, and a pair of enclosed shoes.

Workshops to Choose From:

• Watercolour - Landscape. Learn the basics of watercolour and create a beautiful landscape
• Whimsical Rooster - Acrylic Painting. Have fun with colour, explore acrylic painting and get messy!
• 3D Texture Art - Abstract. Slow drying and a beautiful medium to create modern and contemporary 3D artwork for your home. Play with tools and shapes to create your own!
• Clay - Nature-Inspired Tray. Learn the basic of working with clay and create your own clay tray set. Personalise your art work with your favourite cutting or flower imprint! Firing & Clear glaze included (Optional on the night, choose to instead use our specialised glazes at a different session for an additional fee) Items are ready for pickup after 3 weeks
• Make Your Own Earrings (Special Workshop by Diamond Tree Jewellery) - Learn the basic of jewellery making and create your own semi-precious 3 layered earring set. Using materials such as metals, leather and wood, combine colours, shapes and textures to truly personalise your set - unique and never to be seen elsewhere!
• Charcoal Still Life Drawing - Join our tutor where you will learn how to work with charcoal, learn about basic charcoal techniques and how to differentiate between lights/darks when looking at a still life object. 
• Draped Model Sketching - Part Guided, Part Free Draw - Jane is a force of nature who we know you will LOVE! Initially Guided by Jane while she is modelling, she will encourage you to try, give you different poses, generate an abundance of laughs - all while she models! The second half of the workshop you will be able to do free draw which is where you can do your own sketching and own sketching techniques.
• Clay - Make Your Own Mug - Learn from the start how to make your own coffee mug! Choose the perfect size for you, and add your own decorations and slogans on it so that your mug will never ever be stolen again! Firing & Clear glaze included (Optional on the night, choose to instead use our specialised glazes at a different session for an additional fee) Items are ready for pickup after 3 weeks.
  
• Mixed Media Abstract Art - Using a variety of mediums such as Posca pens, textures, pens, paints and more - create your own abstract Mixed media masterpiece!
• Whimsical Line Drawing Portraits - Forget about drawing the perfect portrait, and instead be guided by your creativity to explore colours, lines and learn how to just have FUN with art!
• Abstract Alcohol Inks - Learn the basic of how to work with alcohol inks and Acrylic pens to create an abstract artwork - perfect for anyone who just want to create without overthinking!
• Dragonfly Acrylic Painting - One of our popular Sip 'n Paint projects, create your won whimsical dragonfly with acrylic paint, and in the process learn how to work with acrylic paint
• Clay - Set of Tapas Plates - Perfect for those date nights at home, in front of the tv with a variety of snacks, create your own set of tapas plates or 4 small bowls with clay. Firing & Clear glaze included (Optional on the night, choose to instead use our specialised glazes at a different session for an additional fee) Items are ready for pickup after 3 weeks.
• Pastel Drawing - Botanical Inspired. Using pastels with a variety of colours, learn how to apply it, basic drawing techniques and be prepared to experience how quick an artwork can come to life!

Important: Check the schedule and carefully choose your workshops during the booking process. This is an 18+ event, though teens 16+ are welcome with a parent

Please note: We are NOT a traditional venue with a quiet classroom. At this event you will hear and see other creatives working on their own projects. We are all about creating a fun, lively venue filled with laughter!
