invite you to connect to yourself, to nature, and to each other with this
sunset session of live music, elemental yoga, embodied dance and sonic sound immersion.
We move with the current that runs through life and the elements of the earth.
Connect to the wisdom of your body and your mind.
Connect to your hearts true nature with all its energy,
Rediscover buried treasures, feel the remembered and the new flow through us, and between us.
Shape shift in & out of self and community.
Explore the landscapes and physiology of your humanness,
and let that connection unify you with the symbiosis of nature.
In this 2.5 hour Live Music and Movement experience with Lauren, Sara and Dubarray, we return to the connective energy between us that is always present - through partner and group human mandala yoga asana, elemental movement, winding down with Dubarray sound healing.
A special community and self experience to step you out of the wildness of your mind,
tap you back into your heart,
bring awareness into your body and feel connection to community and nature.

*All ages and levels of dance and yoga experience are welcome.

> About Lauren
Lauren Cuthbert,
Founder of Art of Connection and Karmic Journeys, and International Yoga Teacher.
- infuses everything she does with an easeful joyous energy and a whole hearted devotion to inner and outer connection.
She brings to her teaching a depth that traverses from strength to deep vulnerability, sincerity to playfulness and alignment to freedom.
Lauren holds a nurturing yet transformational space in her workshops, environmentally conscious retreats, groups and festivals like Earth Frequency, Zenfest, Splendour in the Grass and The Returning..
With close to one thousand hours of registered training from around the world,
Lauren offers a movement meditation that could include a variety of styles of yoga, weaving in yogic philosophy, mythology and Zen Thai principles.
Her passion for sharing yoga merges her love for mother earth,
by encouraging yogi’s to connect to the movement of the breathe that unifies us with nature.
Lauren is passionate about looking at how we can rethink, reprogram and regenerate the way we approach connection to ourselves and others; so that we can continue to evolve and open to more love, acceptance, truth, compassion and authenticity.

> About Sara
Sara Gauthier-Santerre is an Embodied Leader, Intuitive movement Facilitator, Joyful Dancer & Lover of life.
Technically trained in Modern Ballet, Jazz and Hiphop, she has been sharing her passion for Dance her whole life.
She believes that anyone can Dance and Inspires others to tap into their most authentic unique self through movement.
She aspires to take her students on an explorative movement journeys leading to transformation & liberation.
With her down to earth spirit,
Sara allows us, as a collective
to reconnect to our sense of belonging and connection to nature.
She believes that dance is a way to create a bridge between the physical realm and the divine.
As we embody our prayers with movement, we call it into being.
Just like a mantra, if we repeat it over and over again, we attract the energy that we radiate.
Therefore, we move intentionally and gracefully with the meaning of our own unique philosophies and create a New Earth in motion.

One of Australia's most dynamic touring artists, world electro soul act Dubarray are troubadours of song alchemy when it comes to entertainment through creating a sonic musical bliss.
Uplifting, Soulful & Euphoric, Dubarray combine a fresh fusion of boundary bending world music that infuses such styles as trip-hop, funk, reggae, downtempo, drum & bass, house and tribal grooves layered on a bed electronic ambience and organic undertones.
Dubarray are a unique story of an Australian act who kicked off their journey in Europe 5 years ago, building solid foundations thanks to an abundant and busy live touring schedule. During that time the band have released four albums, returned to tour Europe five times & have hit the Australian road for numerous national tours. The band have been nominated for various Music Oz and Queensland Music awards and featured on Triple J's 'Roots n All', plus huge amount of community radio support. Normally known for their high energy festival appearances, The band have been including something a little different in the form of live music yoga session performances called 'Prana Sessions' which are becoming rapidly popular on the festival and touring circuit.
Dubarray's 2016 album album 'Sound of Prana' was uniquely crafted towards the sounds and elements aligning with the seven chakras. To bring 'Sound of Prana' into a relevant performance space, Dubarray have collaborated with yoga instructors to deliver a live music yoga experience at venues, retreats and some of Australia's most renowned music festivals such as 'Splendour in the Grass', 'Woodford Folk Festival', 'Nannup', 'Wanderlust', 'Luminate' as well as there spectacular high energy live show. Incorporating the live music yoga sessions has proven to be a real feature of Dubarray's versatility and will continue to compliment their boundary-bending world music style.
The band's latest release 'Inner Sanctum' shows the band mature into a unique funk/soul sound that is translated into a uplifting high energy live performance. The band is now touring and offering both style of performances which are proving to be very popular with the festival circuit.
