In this 1.5 hour Live Music and Movement experience with Lauren and Josh, we return to the connective energy between us and that is always here - through connective partner and group yoga asana, intuitive movement, healing sounds, meditation, and safe, gentle, loving touch.  

A special workshop to step you out of the wildness of your mind,  tap you back into your heart, bring awareness into your body and feel connection to community.

 Lauren Cuthbert, Founder of Art of Connection and Karmic Journeys, Facilitator for Love Out Loud and International Yoga Teacher.  - infuses everything she does with an easeful joyous energy and a whole hearted devotion to inner and outer connection.  

She brings to her teaching a depth that traverses from strength to deep vulnerability, sincerity to playfulness and alignment to freedom.  

Lauren holds a nurturing yet transformational space in her workshops,  environmentally conscious retreats, groups and festivals like Earth Frequency, Splendour in the Grass and The Returning.. 

With hundreds of hours of training from around the world,  Lauren offers a movement meditation that could include a variety of styles,  such as - Vinyasa flow, Restorative yoga, Hatha, Partner yoga, AcroYoga, Meditation, Pilates, weaving in yogic philosophy, mythology and Zen Thai principles.  

Her passion for sharing yoga merges her love for mother earth,  by encouraging yogi’s to connect to the movement of the breathe that unifies us with nature.  

Lauren is passionate about looking at how we can rethink, reprogram and regenerate the way we approach connection to ourselves and others; so that we can continue to evolve and open to more love, acceptance, truth, compassion and authenticity.

Born with music running through his veins, Josh is a soulful singer, songwriter and live looping artist who has dedicated his life to sharing messages about love, personal expansion, travel and resilience.

Josh brings his full self to his art and basking in his music leaves you feeling like you’ve arrived home to yourself.

The raw honesty he infuses into his music invites his listeners to reflect, open their hearts and journey inwards. Hailing from the East Coast of Australia, Josh travels far and wide sharing his passion with the world.

He believes deeply in the healing powers of music, nature and vulnerability and is passionate about using his art to spread awareness about the power of authenticity.
