Lauren Cuthbert ~ Founder of Art of Connection, International Yoga Teacher and Somatic Movement Meditation facilitator - infuses everything she does with an easeful joyous energy and a whole hearted devotion to inner and outer connection. She brings to her facilitation - a depth that traverses from strength to deep vulnerability, sincerity to playfulness and alignment to freedom.

Lauren is also an experienced & multidisciplinary facilitator, artist & trauma-informed bodywork therapist ~ who has mostly been cultivating spaces for togetherness and healing in Byron Bay, Sunshine Coast and Melbourne for the past decade.

Lauren has accumulated over 1000hrs RYT in yoga training; studied trauma informed facilitation; is a Zen Thai Shiatsu Bodywork Therapist. has been a dancer her whole life and has been engaged with movement as a daily non negotiable for the past 20 years. Her movement practice is forever curious and evolving ; and she brings this to her facilitation by inspiring playful experimentation in her groups.
