🎨 Art of Homecoming: Where the Heart Feels Safe

A mindful watercolour workshop on safety, boundaries & belonging

In a world where many women are taught to endure, to shrink, or to silence their needs, Homecoming is an invitation to return.

To return to your body. To return to your voice. To return to the place where safety begins: within yourself.

Through mindful watercolour, gentle reflection, and storytelling, this workshop creates a soft, supportive space to explore what it means to feel safe, to hold boundaries, and to reconnect with your own sense of belonging.

You don’t need to be an artist.
Just a willingness to slow down, feel, and create.

💛 What you’ll experience

✨ Gentle grounding through movement and meditation
✨ A guided watercolour journey: where the heart feels safe
✨ Exploring boundaries, safety, and love
✨ Journaling and reflection to deepen self-connection
✨ A shared, supportive space with other women
✨ Integration session with Women’s Lantern

Together, we will create not just art, but a visual expression of safety, softness, and strength.

🌿 Why this event?

For many women (especially those navigating complex relationships, cultural expectations, migration) safety is not something we were taught to feel.

This workshop is a gentle step toward reclaiming that.

Because when a woman feels safe within herself,
she begins to choose differently, love differently, and live more freely.
