The main technique on the online Happiness Program is called Sudarshan Kriya, "Su" means proper, "Darshan" means vision and Kriya means "purifying action. Through the action of the breath you get a proper vision of who you really are. The breathing practice works on a cellular level to remove stress out of your system and bring you back to your natural state of joy, love and enthusiasm.
The Sudarshan Kriya is evidence based with over 100 research papers published on its efficacy as it applies to immunity, mental health, gut health and many other ailments as well as benefits to overall health and wellbeing.
