She is a senior lawyer with extensive corporate governance experience working in inhouse teams with a focus on renewable energy and carbon credit trading and including international business development across engineering, rail, mining, investment, manufacturing, airports, food and technology sectors. Vera has a wealth of experience in leading contract and framework negotiations with large resource and technology companies as well as with local landowners both in Western Australia as well as Papua. In addition to this, Vera has held various executive level roles where she has provided advice on governance, strategy and stakeholder management.
