Event description

Get arty at the Air Force Museum! Using the supplied materials and your wildest imagination, create a fantastical aircraft that you can either take home or leave at the Museum to be displayed and entered in our Art Planes competition.

Make the most of your visit and try one of our KidsFest Museum Hunts while you’re here!

The Air Force Museum has plenty to engage kids of all ages – amazing aircraft to see and stories to discover, lots of hands-on exhibits and activities, a spacious, family-friendly Café and even a flight simulator! Open daily, free parking and FREE entry.

  • Suitable for 5 – 12 years of age
  • $6 per child, free for caregivers
  • 10am – 12 noon and 1pm – 3pm on weekdays
  • Limited spaces
  • Caregiver required at all times
