Art Space has been created by Berenice Ferguson, a psychologist and artist herself, to allow ALL artists (beginners and experienced) a time and space to allow the creativity to flow.

In Art Space, the aim will be for you to have a set time and access to materials, a facilitator to guide you through the process with as much or as little support both from an art and mindfulness perspective.

You will be able to engage in whatever art project you would like.

You may bring your own supplies and we will have a limited range of tools and materials for you to start your art as mindfulness journey.

Date: Mondays, 19th October - 14th December

Time: 12:30 - 2:30pm

Cost: $10 for each session ($80 in total). This cost has been generously subsidised by the San Foundation.
