Women's Art and Journalling Workshop
Event description
This heart-led workshop invites you to slow down, tune in, and explore your inner world through gentle creative expression. Using mindful journaling and art-based reflection, you’ll be guided to connect with emotion, release tension, and uncover personal insights in a safe and supportive space.
While hosted in support of the Australian Psychedelic Society (APS), this event is open to all women with open minds. We may reference psychedelic themes in a reflective or symbolic context, but you don’t need personal experience with psychedelics to attend. Our focus is on creativity, connection, and self-discovery- all within a grounded and welcoming environment.
