Join Mandy Jay for a fun filled session of art therapy activities. Discover the benefits of creative expression on your physical, mental, & emotional well being (ie. reduce anxiety and depression and regulation of energy and emotions). Experiment with symbols, imagery, and the malleability of art materials to explore emotions and thoughts.

Some of the most common benefits for children engaging in art therapy include:

Coping methods
Problem solving skills

More interesting activities then long form talk therapy

The sessions will incorporate mindfulness, story-telling and goal setting using collage, clay, paint and pastels. Suitable for beginners – no art skills needed at all. 12 people maximum per group.

All materials are provided. BYO snack or lunch. There is also a café onsite.
