Ages: Seniors 55yrs+
Cost: $45 per person, per session
Join Mandy Jay for a relaxing session of art therapy activities. Discover the benefits of creative expression on your physical, mental, emotional & spiritual well being. The sessions will incorporate mindfulness, reminiscing, story-telling using collage, clay, paint, pastels and objects from nature. Suitable for beginners – no art skills needed at all. 12 people maximum per group.
Not necessary to do all 3 sessions, but more beneficial if you can!
All materials are provided. BYO snack or lunch. There is also a café onsite.
1 x 2hr session is $45. Or book all 3 sessions for $120
