UNSW Arc X Come As You Art – Art Therapy Workshop

⏰ Please arrive at 6:15pm for a 6:30pm start – so we can dive straight into the creative magic!
Join us for a relaxing and expressive art therapy workshop led by Emma Fitzgerald, a trauma-informed and DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy)–informed art therapist. Emma has extensive experience working with youth, complex trauma, and mental health in various settings, including hospitals, youth organisations, and rehabilitation services. She is passionate about making mental health support accessible to students and creating a safe, supportive space for self-expression and healing through creativity.
No artistic skills are needed – just bring yourself and an open mind!
The session will begin with a check-in, followed by guided art-making, and conclude with a space to reflect and share. This workshop is all about relaxation, connection, and curiosity—a chance to unwind, express yourself, and connect with others through creativity.
📝 A consent form will need to be signed upon arrival to ensure a safe and supported experience for all participants.
