WHAT

Join us for a unique three-hour journey into movement and creativity. This experience begins with a 45-minute chakra- and kundalini-inspired yoga flow guided by Ryan Hildebrandt, followed by a two-hour art experiential led by Rachael Deegan. Through meditation, movement, and hands-on art-making, we’ll explore our connection to inner vision and creative expression.

Throughout the session, we’ll focus on the first three chakras—Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus—inviting insight and inspiration to guide our creative flow. Using a variety of media and visionary art techniques, you’ll create multiple pieces that reflect your inner world and personal transformation. These images can serve as sacred tools for meditation or meaningful additions to your altar.

With Ryan’s yogic wisdom and Rachael’s intuitive guidance, you’ll leave feeling more connected to yourself—and ready to keep creating!

Rachael Deegan, MA, LPCC
Rachael is a Master’s-level Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate based in Colorado Springs, CO. She believes authentic self-expression and mental flexibility are the nectar of life. Her practice focuses on helping people process trauma, overcome limiting beliefs, and awaken to a life of purpose, joy, and conscious awareness. Rachael embraces a multidimensional approach to healing and recovery, integrating various paths to support well-being and transformation.

Ryan Hildebrandt, E-RYT 500
Ryan is a 500-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) based in Colorado Springs and registered with Yoga Alliance. He uses yoga as a tool for cultivating community, understanding, and gentle discipline. Ryan’s classes offer space for humor, presence, and deep connection—reminding students not to take life too seriously. Blending asana, pranayama, and creative expression, Ryan empowers individuals and communities to heal and grow through the practice of yoga.
