Re-energise with Women's Network Australia's first event of 2022!

Before you get back into the full swing of things and leave the holiday vibes long behind, join this exclusive small group tour and feel the sand between your toes on Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island).

Led by Quandamooka Artist Delvene Cockatoo-Collins, this inspiring cltural walkand workshop will connect you and ground you.

You will be guided around Goompi - Dunwich, visiting art installations, murals and some built historical sites before refuelling at a local coffee shop.

We then walk to the beach for a cultural craft workshop and hear stories handed down through generations.

Throughout this approx 3.5 hour experience, you will learn or develop an art skill, understand some of the current public art works around Dunwich and be introduced to some of the ideas behind artwork created on Quandamooka Country by Delvene Cockatoo-Collins.

After the tour, we'll stop for lunch at the Little Ships Club where you are welcome to purchase your own food and drink, before we head back on the ferry. You can find the menu below.

Below is a full itinerary of the day to help you plan! After all, we won't be able to hold the ferry for you!

8:30am - Arrive at Toondah Harbour, Corner of Middle Street and Emmett Drive, Cleveland - Stradbroke Flyer (Gold Cats). parking available, or bus from Cleveland Train Station.

8:55am - Water taxi leaves for Dunwich

9:25am - Water taxi arrives in Dunwich

9:30am - Cultural Walk and Workshop begins

12:30pm - Tour ends

12:40pm - Arrive at Little Ships Club for lunch

1:55pm - Water taxi leaves for Cleveland

2:25pm - Arrive in Cleveland and head home!
