Event description

Art therapy can help us feel inspired, have fun, give us a safe space to be vulnerable and brave, and leave knowing a bit more about ourselves and walking a little taller. We will experiment and play with painting, drawing, collage, clay and more. No experience, prior knowledge or skills required.
