Kia ora koutou

Thank you for participating in the ArtBeat Ōtorohanga Exhibition, we are excited to see your work and are looking forward to a successful event.

Before we start, important information for registering your artwork for the exhibition.

Registration is open from 20th July and closes on the 1st of October. This allows us time to organize all the labels etc before the event happens on October 17/18th.

Read all of the below then if you are ready to proceed....Click the "Register" button to begin your artwork registration. You only need 1 "ticket" per artist (and each artists must fill out an individual form as it only allows you to add up to 3 artworks.

The following pages will ask for the artwork details, so have your title, dimensions, price (including the 10% commission for when it sells if your art is for sale) sorted as you can not save the form as you go nand it lasts about 40min before timing out. If you have a image please upload it or email it to Rebecca. Closer to the date each artist will be contacted for a photo of yourself, an example of your artwork and a wee bio which will be in a folder/displayed at the event and used to promote each artist on social media. Once you have purchased your entry,  if you need to change any details ie  change a title, change painting etc you can do this by emailing the address at the bottom of this page.

Questions marked as 'required' must be answered but if you have any trouble with entering, email Rebecca (address way below) and I will help you out or send you a paper form to fill out - however online is preferred if possible.

INFORMATION FOR YOU PLEASE READ

Submissions: Due to the number of entries, we are limited to 1-3 works per artist - 2 definitely displayed with the 3rd as a back up or hung if there is room.
