Life is a paradox, immensely complex while at the same time breathtakingly simple. Our monkey mind can tie us in knots while our heart can get us to the very essence of what we need. By becoming present, as we drop into our bodies through dance, we can learn to listen to our inner most self, the soul's radio. Giving this some expression through creative art and getting in touch with the simplicity enjoying being creative.

Open Floor Dance uses the body as a resource to support the expression of heart/mind/spirit.
