Thinking of entering the 2025 Ipswich Art Awards?

It takes more than just great artwork to be successful in art competitions. Learn details on art awards vs art prizes, how to submit strong applications and what resources do you need to review and refresh to help nail your Ipswich Art Awards application. 

This workshop will be delivered by Ipswich local, Cynthia Copley.

Please ensure that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to workshop start time.


Attendees should bring:

- Notetaking materials and/or laptop

About Cynthia Copley:
Cynthia Copley is an Australian expressionist artist painting the natural world around her. In 2021 she was the winner of the inaugural Mervyn Moriarty Landscape Art prize through the Queensland Regional Art Competition with Flying Arts Queensland. 


This workshop is part of Ipswich City Council's creative industries development program ARTiculate. Attendees are to be residents of Ipswich Local Government Area, workshop fees have been subsidised by Ipswich City Council.
