ARTiculate: Photographing your artwork
Event description
Ipswich visual artists have an opportunity to join photographer Wayne McDonnell and learn how to photograph your artwork like a professional.
Whether you are secure exhibitions, grants, entering art prizes or other professional opportunities it is important to have a high quality image available of your work. This workshop caters for visual artists who create 2D or 3D work.
Please ensure that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to workshop start time as the workshop will begin promptly.
Attendees should bring:
- Your camera (DSLR or similar is recommended but a smart phone is also acceptable)
- Tripod if available
- A few examples of your work
About Wayne McDonnell:
Wayne MacDonnell is an experienced photographer of over 30 years. His formal training was through TAFE and private photography workshops, and he is a life member of the Ipswich Photographic Society. He is currently a tutor at U3A (University of the Third Age) and has exhibited his photographic work in several galleries around Ipswich.
