Event description

Learn the art of cheesemaking. This workshop covers feta, halloumi or squeaky cheese curds, ricotta and mozzarella. 

Lunch includes a wood fire pizza made with your own mozzarella and a glass of wine! 

All equipment and utensils supplied. Take all your cheese and the recipes home to enjoy with friends and family.

Stay the night in one of our rustic cabins and make the most of your weekend!
