Artist as Fundraiser Workshop
Date: Thursday 13 November
Time: 1.30pm – 5pm, light catering provided
Location: Imparilla, 161 Frome Street, Adelaide
Aimed at independent artists, producers and small collectives
The Artist as Fundraiser workshop is ideal for artists, producers and collectives looking to boost their knowledge, skills and confidence to build strategic supporter relationships and grow income from donations.
This workshop will cover:
Building your case for support
Mapping your network and prospects
Cultivating relationships, making the ask, stewarding supporters
Planning your fundraising campaign
Using the Australian Cultural Fund (ACF) fundraising platform
The workshop will also provide an overview of ACF Boost, a matched funding program designed to enable independent artists and small groups or arts organisations using the ACF to leverage private sector support through a matched funding ‘boost’. ACF Boost offers dollar-for-dollar matched funding of up to $5,000 for applicants that run a fundraising campaign on the ACF platform between 2 February and 30 April 2026.
Applications for ACF Boost will open on 27 October and close 17 November.
