As artists, we strive to capture emotions, thoughts, ideas and actions through our work. A successful artist is one who can accurately convey an experience and pull people into it. Whether this experience is positive or negative, beneficial or harmful, depends on the artist and their intention.

In yoga, art is used as a medium to express existing realities. Within every action we do, there is the potential for the truth of life to shine through. Creation at this level comes not from our own thoughts or ideas, but from something that already exists. Yogic art forms not only express innate truths, but are themselves methods of practice and opportunities for spiritual growth.

Drawing from the elements of nature, sacred symbology, and spiritual iconography, together we will explore form, movement, geometric configurations, and the frequency of lines. Through guided meditation exercises, immersive time in nature, yogic breathwork, and open discussions with our mentors, you will learn how to access the inner world of yoga and express it through a visual medium.
