    Event description

The Wetland Stories Exhibition is a celebration of art, identity and conservation. It is an immersive, interactive experience that engages all your senses. Join us on Sunday the 15th of October for an artist talk community presentation.

Hear from Fine Art Photographer and Digital Artist Sharon Meredith. Sharon photographed portraits of members of the  Mandurah Volunteer Dolphin Rescue Group. These volunteers work tirelessly to protect the dolphin population in the Peel-Yalgorup Ramsar Wetlands. Sharon will give insights to her creative process behind these portraits, along with other works in the exhibition.

Robyn Bickell and Barb Sing are long time volunteers of Mandurah Volunteer Dolphin Rescue Group, they will share stories about local Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins, from rescues and citizen projects to taking action through local cleanups. Learn how the community can get involved to help conserve the Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins.

*Attending is free but you must reserve a ticket.
