Whether you are feeling post-performance/exhibition/event fatigue, have a creative block, wish that you could plan your next project or get clarity on your value as an artist or arts worker, this workshop is for you!
Tanya Voges is a choreographer, dance artist and Creative Arts Therapist. Her interdisciplinary practice spanning 25years influences this process-based experiential, designed to meet physical, emotional and mental wellbeing goals for practicing artists and arts workers.
The Artist Wellbeing Workshop will nurture your body and mind and cultivate a caring approach to your practice. It's the self-care that you didn't know you needed! During the two hours, we will move with the intention to regulate the nervous system and use drawing and mark-making to integrate thoughts and experiences within a supportive space.
You can attend this as a stand-alone session, or come regularly to the monthly sessions held online and at various venues connected to the Adelaide artistic community.
