Artists' Book Club (Shark Heart: A Love Story by Emily Habeck)

Have you ever felt motivated to be creative after reading a particularly powerful story? Here's your chance to try out pastel painting in response to the novel Shark Heart: A Love Story. No need to have ANY artistic experience, but experienced artists are also welcome. Local pastel artist Ali Wiese will introduce some basic pastel techniques and will stimulate your creative process. All materials will be provided and you will go home with a framed pastel painting.
