The Art Of Connection: Creative Sessions

Think of each creative session as a big play date! You don’t have to be an artist to create. I’m here to guide you to a place of inspiration; we’ll be focussing on a theme each event, keeping up the energy and there will be music playing. With the added assistance of our plant allies, you’re sure to feel something to inspire you. And feeling is the fuel! 

Food and drink provided - fruit, cacao, herbal tea, water

Supplies provided - paint, easel, canvas, apron, yoga mat, chairs etc

What to expect:

~ Science and stories about the plant medicine 

~ Setting intentions with CACAO for the creative session 

~ A guided space for movement to get the inspiration flowing

~ Get creative with the theme (to be announced) or get stuck in with your own vision

~ Chat time with the community 

~ Relaxing meditation to close
