  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

The University of Adelaide Arts Students Association invites you to Arts Ball 2023, Moulin Rouge! 

An unforgettable evening of dancing, drinks and no small amount of decadence awaits as we transport you to the glamorous Parisian cabaret, Moulin Rouge! 

When: Friday the 11th of August
Time: 7pm till late
Where: Hotel Richmond, Rundle Mall, Adelaide South Australia. 
Dress code: Formal in theme, prizes for best dressed!

Included in your ticket: 
Open bar consisting: beers, cider, wines, mimosas and soft drinks/juices. 
A selection of delicious canapes for every taste and diet. Including some sweet treats. 
Dj's playing a mix of thematic and classic tracks to keep you dancing all night. 
Prizes to be announced closer to the date.  Professional photography and a photo corner with film cameras available for you to capture your memories of the night!

All the glamour and decadence we can fit into the Hotel. Much more to be announced as we get closer to the date. 


Final ticket sales CLOSE on Friday the 4th of August 2023. So don't miss out on the biggest Arts event of the year!

Important notes: 

Refunds are not available for tickets unless under extenuating circumstances which will be decided by the Arts Students Association on a case by case basis. 
If you purchase tickets and are unable to attend we recommend trying to sell these tickets on the Arts Students Members Facebook Group or the Event Facebook Page.

The Arts Students Association does not condone scalping tickets. Please do not attempt to resell tickets for more than you paid for them. 

This is an 18+ event and ticketholders Id's will be checked at the door. If you do not have valid identification on the night you will not be admitted to the venue. 

The Arts Students Association advocates responsible drinking habits. If you are heavily intoxicated on the night the venue security reserves the right to remove you from the premises. Antisocial behaviour will also not be tolerated and will result in removal from the event.
