We are looking to play with different techniques and have time to create, heal, and find ourselves.

This time, our topic is our favourite picture. What's your favourite moment, and why? Reflecting on this can also help us to reflect on ourselves.

Discover the meditative art of embroidery as we stitch our stories onto paper, creating beautiful works of art imbued with personal meaning

This session will go over basic embroidery techniques,

What to Bring:
- An item that holds power for you
- Journal for note-taking
- Open heart

If you bring your material, we recommend you bring: one photography black and white mate, embroidery floss, needles, and scissors.
