Doors open at 2:40pm. Settle in with a tea as we meet and greet. Start on the mat at 3pm. Settle into your body with some gentle breath work and mindfulness. Set an intention for our practice. We start to gently move as we dip our fingers and toes into paint. We connect the paint with our canvas mat through a simple hatha flow, beginning with subtle poses that flow with the breath. As the tempo increases, and we build up energy in the body and allow catharsis to take the stage as we transform into a powerful expression of our true selves.
