ArtWorks - Art for Everyone - Opening Night - Invite Only
Event description
Artists from across the Sunshine Coast will be exhibiting their creations at the Coolum Civic Centre at ArtWorkz – Art for Everyone, Friday June 30 to Saturday 1 July. In its 3rd year year, the event is establishing as a must do in the community art sector.
Hosted by local disability support organisations, Equity Works and Spiral, the event celebrates the valuable contribution people living with disability make to all aspects of community life. ArtWorkz aims to raise awareness and engagement around inclusivity of people of all walks of life and the therapeutic benefits of engaging in creativity.
The Opening Night Event on Friday 30th June is an invite only event and we would love to see lots of supporters from the Sunshine Coast attend. You will have the opportunity to get the first option on art for sale, meet many of the artists, enjoy some wine and nibbles, and be entertained by MC Wheels, an established local rap artist. All of that, jampacked into a Friday afterwork event!
