Events:

yoke - 10m, no drops
axle - clean + press (any style)
farmers walk - 15m, no drops
stones - to 1m
deadlift - conventional, deadlift bar, from the floor

Competitors must attempt at least 3 events to score, but are able to attempt all 5 if they wish too. All events are 3 attempt rising bar, and bar weights can only go up between rounds - once an attempt has been made, any following attempts must be the same weight or heavier.

Adaptive competitors are more than welcome to compete with modified events.

Competition open to all ASA members, and standard weight classes apply.
