Ananda 2025: Cultivating Bliss

Join us for a wholesome and rejuvenating 2-hour yoga workshop led by our host and ASAC member, Ria Patel. This workshop features a 1 hour gentle flow and restorative practice - perfect for beginners, with a guided meditation; to help open the body, calm the mind, and reset for the New Year. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a cozy cup of chai infused with cacao as we reflect on the year and set meaningful intentions for 2025.
