Asado Saturday at The Antlers
Event description
Asado at the Antlers is a private, elevated version of Asador grilling.
Guests begin their evening with our fresh baked bread, passed appetizers, and choice of salad while mingling in the Antlers or on our beautiful patio. Our team will be serving expertly crafted cocktails, select wines for the evening, and craft beer pairing selections as part of the tasting package or can choose to order from the stocked bar as they wish.Weather permitting we will be using our beautiful custom outdoor bar as well as the historic bar inside the Antlers. All while enjoying the scents and sounds of meats and vegetables being grilled over oak and mesquite embers by the Asadors. We will be utilizing a wood fired hearth as well as a Grillworks USA "pampas" edition Asador grill. After apps' and drinks we will be moving on to the "From the Parilla" course where guests can choose from six selections of meats and vegetables off the grill in any arrangement they choose, along with delicious sides chosen by our Chef. After dinner a dessert of Tres leches cake w/ wood fired peaches will be served. Joined by a musical guest who will close out the event.
