In this space, you will:

• 🛑 Pause & Disconnect: Step away from the noise. Use simple connection and movement exercises to build safety, anchor into the present moment, and return to your body.

• 🫂 Experience Collective Healing: Feel the undeniable power of a shared rhythm. This is a space where raw expression is welcome, reminding you that healing doesn't have to be quiet, and you are never alone.

• 🌿 Regulate & Rebalance: Guided by live, intuitive facilitation and intentionally curated room audio, you will gently release stuck energy, tune into your inner voice, and deeply rebalance your nervous system.

What to Expect

• 🧘‍♂️Grounding & Presence: We begin with a guided meditation to settle the mind and ease into a space of calm and openness.

• 🫂Part 1 - Deep Connection, Movement & Kundalini Yoga: Through simple yet profound connection exercises, we cultivate an atmosphere of trust and support, inviting you to simply be & move as you are.

• 🌬️Part 2- The Breathwork - A journey to the core of you: The heart of the experience. Using immersive sound, gentle guidance, and deep breathing techniques, you will embark on a journey inward.

• ✨Part 3 - Integration & Sharing Circle: We close with a gentle meditation to integrate the experience, followed by an optional sharing circle to reflect and connect in a safe, welcoming space.

Deepening Your Journey (Beyond this Event)

This session is a taste of the deeper somatic healing and trauma-informed support we offer here in Perth.

• Integrative Counselling: One-on-one trauma informed counselling that blends somatic work, breathwork and talk therapy. Designed to help you understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with the parts of you ready to heal. Healing becomes deeper and more transformative when mind and body work together.

• Breathwork Practitioner Course: Go deeper with Asana Breathwork by joining our October practitioner training intake. This intensive program runs from October to November and features 6 weeks of training capped off with a powerful 3-day all inclusive immersion.
