WELCOME TO THE GOOD SHIP ASANTRA!!

We will set sail together on a journey through

SOUND HEALING

BREATHWORK

MINDFULNESS

VOCAL ACTIVATION

By activating mind body and soul we create a space for our selves to unwind and heal, uplift and feel levels of bliss and general wellbeing.

Facilitated by the tools being shared here, we gain momentum and power with the cohesion of the group while learning skills and playing games in a thoroughly supportive atmosphere.

These sessions are light hearted and fun, designed to give each person degrees of upskilling as well as a full body tonic for any stress we may be carrying.

Become a part of the crew and see if we cant enjoy the journey even more than the destination!
