Facilitated by the tools being shared here, we gain momentum and power with the cohesion of the group while learning skills and playing games in a thoroughly supportive atmosphere.

These sessions are light hearted and fun, designed to give each person degrees of upskilling as well as a full body tonic for any stress we may be carrying.
