ASBN Sustainable House Day Showcase 2025
Event description
The Adelaide Sustainable Building Network's Sustainable House Day Showcase is back for 2025! (We know this is your favourite event of the ASBN year).
At South Australia's premiere event leading up to Sustainable House Day, we will learn about multiple sustainable homes from around the state and meet the architects, designers, builders and owners who have created them. With 6 quick fire presentations to see + q&a time, prepare to be dazzled, entertained and delighted with sustainable home ideas!
Confirmed projects that you will hear from on the night:
- Showcasing Energy Efficiency In Sa! - Alexandra Fry
- Adelaide Cbd Heritage Cottage - Mark Gishen + Paul Hendy (TS4)
- Hempcrete Haven - Craig Loukes (Organic Constructions)
- more to come...
Many of the projects presented will be open for Sustainable House Day, on Sunday the 4th May, so come along to our Showcase on the 1st for your chance to get a sneak peak of the projects!
A fantastic event is in store, the price of entry includes a spread of premium South Australian food, and drinks will also be available for purchase on the night.
Our SHD Showcase will inspire, inform and connect people in South Australia, celebrating local sustainable house design and construction. Make sure to also get involved in the national Sustainable House Day event, where eco homes across SA will be open to the public on Sunday 4th May. Bookings will be required for entry to houses this year (see ticketing information for these on the SHD website below).
Renew are also running a series of fantastic seminars following on from Sustainable House Day so keep an eye on their website for those.
This event is part of Renew's nationwide Sustainable House Day program and in collaboration with AdaptWest. You can view the full Sustainable House Day program here: sustainablehouseday.com
