Event description

Asbury Vacation Bible School Camper Registration

Please make sure you read all the information on our VBS website page before registering. https://www.asburylafayette.org/vbs/

The camper fee covers VBS materials for each station, snacks, Pizza on Friday, and an Asbury VBS t-shirt. The t-shirt will be one of our crafts at the beginning of the week. Campers will tie-dye their shirts during their craft station. We will send the shirts home in a plastic bag with washing instructions.

To register, click the "Get Tickets" button. You will need a ticket for each camper you register.

This event requires materials to be purchased months in advance, so we are not able to issue refunds.

Asbury Mission Camp Registration

This year our campers entering 5th grade will be in our Mission Camp. They will work together to do different mission/service projects each day. Mission Camp fees cover materials for the various projects campers will be doing and their snacks and t-shirts. Mission Campers will have time to hang out each day, and they will get to tie-dye their t-shirts on the first day.

Asbury Vacation Bible School Volunteer Registration

We would love to have your help! There are various ways for you to participate as a volunteer. We need ALL youth entering 6th—12th grade and adults 18 or older who would like to help us in any way. Click here if you would like to volunteer.

Prepping Materials & Decorating will be done over a period of time. We will have Sunday prep days during June and July. Dates will be announced. This team will help sort materials and room prep for each station, label t-shirts, and create or set up decorations.

Leaders - You will be in charge of an activity station. (Don't worry, it's not as intimidating as it sounds.) We set everything up for you, decorate the room, and have all of your materials prepped, counted, and separated by day. You will explain the activity to the kids and help them during the activity. You will also have at least one youth assistant, and help from the camper guides with each group. We will have two of each station. One set will lead our 4 year olds - 1st graders. The second set will lead the 2nd - 4th graders. We will have the following stations: science, crafts, and games.

Drop-off & Pick-up/Registration Table would be 7:30 - 8:45 am. and 11:30 am - 12:15 pm during the week of VBS.Camper Guides will be assigned to a small group of campers. They will greet their campers and parents each morning as campers are dropped off. Camper Guides will bring their campers to each activity station and help them during the activities as needed.
Snack Prep Team will prepare and divide up our VBS snacks each day. Youth Volunteers can help as assistant camper guides, activity station helpers, or assembly leaders. We would also love to have youth volunteers when we work on decorations and prep.

Friday Clean-up Crew will help us take decorations down and get the campus ready for Sunday. We'll start working at 12:15 on July 26th.

Mission Camp Leaders will help our 5th graders with daily mission/service projects. You will have everything you need for each day. This will be a separate group from our VBS campers.
