Choosing the right native plants for pots, containers, and limited space
How small gardens can still provide valuable habitat for local wildlife
Designing functional, beautiful native gardens with minimal space

Based on Kaurna Country on the Fleurieu Peninsula, Habitat Connection Co. helps people reconnect with nature by creating gardens that support native wildlife and strengthen local biodiversity. Through hands-on workshops and community education, we empower individuals to turn their own backyards into thriving habitat spaces.

Founded by Hannah Jones, a conservation and horticulture professional with over twelve years’ experience in consulting, design and environmental education, Habitat Connection Co. brings together a passion for native plants, ecology, and inspiring others to care for the natural world.
